Your organization website (Pro)

With GigTools Pro, your organization gets its own website at app.gigtools.net/o/your-name. It's built from what's already in GigTools, so it stays up to date as you add acts and gigs.

Visitors can:

• Search and filter your acts by name, type, city, clean, rating, or who's performing soonest.
• Open each act's profile: photo, video, bio, reviews, social links and upcoming shows.
• See every upcoming public show, with tickets and SOLD OUT.
• Send a booking request for one or more acts, or ask you to suggest one. Requests land in Inquiries.

Set it up

Owners and admins: open Admin › Website.

1. Pick the web address and tick Publish the website.
2. Add a headline, tagline and About text, and choose a brand color.
3. Upload your logo and a wide hero photo.
4. Under Act directory, tick the acts that can appear on the site. Only ticked acts are listed, searchable and bookable; new acts start unticked. Use Select all or Clear all, or search to find one.
5. For ticked acts, tick Featured to put them on the home page, set an order, and add types (like Comedian or Magician) so visitors can filter.

You can also add or remove an act from its own profile, in the Organization website card.

Adding an act to the directory turns on its public page. Turning an act's public page off takes it out of the directory. Acts with a headshot, tagline and video look best.

The site is available while the organization's owner is on GigTools Pro.
