Day-before reminders to acts

1. In the menu, open Admin → Organization admin.
2. Under Day-before reminders to acts, tick Email and text every act the day before a Booked gig.
3. Choose the hour in Send at, then click Save organization.

Reminders go to every act on the gig who hasn't declined, at that hour in the gig's local time. The email comes from your organization's name and tells the act they have an upcoming gig from you. If an act has more than one gig with you that day, they get one email listing them all. When they reply, it goes to your reply-to email (or your organization email). Set these in Admin → Organization admin. Each act needs an email or mobile number on their contact. You can see whether a reminder was sent in each gig's Acts on the bill card.

Acts with Don't send text messages ticked on their contact get the email only.
