How to see and switch the emails GigTools sends for you
One page lists every message GigTools sends on its own, who gets it, when, what it says and when it last went, with a switch for each.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.304
GigTools sends some emails and texts on its own: reminders to your acts, "How did they do?" to clients, tickets to buyers and more. Settings › Automatic emails lists them all in one place, so you can answer "why did I get this?" and turn off what you don't want.
1. What's on the page
The messages are grouped by who gets them: To your acts, To your clients, To you and your team and To ticket buyers (and patrons on the Venue plan). Each one says:
Anything that's off shows Off.
2. Turn one on or off
Owners and admins: tick or untick Send it next to a message (and pick the hour for the Day-before reminder or how far ahead Rebooking reminders come), then click Save at the bottom.
3. Sent messages
The Sent messages tab lists every email and text GigTools sent for you, with whether it arrived. Click Didn't arrive to see just the problems, pick Emails or Texts, or search by address or subject. A gig's Messages card links here for that gig's messages.
Emails you send yourself (offers, agreements, invoices, campaigns) aren't on the Automatic emails tab, but they're all in Sent messages.
