Automatic tasks and email drafts

GigTools can add tasks for you at the right moments. Turn each one on or off in Tasks → Automatic tasks:

• Post-gig feedback
• Send the agreement
• Confirm details
• Collect the balance
• Follow up on leads

Only organization owners and admins can change these.

Email drafts

Many tasks have a button such as Write confirmation email or Write payment reminder. It opens a ready-to-edit draft.

1. Fill in anything in [brackets].
2. Click Open in email app, or copy the subject and message into your email.
3. After sending, click I sent it: log & complete. GigTools records the email on the gig and finishes the task.

GigTools doesn't send these emails for you. They come from your own email account, so replies come straight back to you.

Automatic tasks can't be deleted, but you can tick them off.
