Add flights, hotels and rides

1. Open the gig and find the Travel card.
2. Click + Add a flight, hotel or ride and choose the kind: Flight, Hotel, Rental car, Ride / shuttle or Other.
3. For a flight, choose the airline, then enter the Flight number, airports, local departure and arrival times and your confirmation number.

Flight status

GigTools checks flights coming up in the next day or so. You can also click Check flight status at any time.

If a flight is 30 or more minutes late, canceled or diverted, you get a task and (if you've turned it on) an email or text. See Choose your notifications.
