Leads, holds and booked: gig steps explained

Every gig has a step:

• Lead: someone's interested, but there's no date commitment yet.
• On hold: the date is penciled in for them.
• Booked: it's happening.
• Completed: it happened.
• Canceled and Lost: it isn't happening. These are hidden from the calendar unless you click Show canceled & lost.

Changing the step

Open the gig and click the step you want next to Step: at the top.

Holds this week

When a hold's date is within 7 days, the menu shows a reminder. Click Review holds → to confirm or release them.

Public event pages and your website calendar only show gigs that are Booked (or Completed).
