Edit, add notes to or delete a gig

Edit details

Open the gig, change anything under Edit details (name, client, venue, event details and so on) and click Save details.

Notes

The Notes card has three boxes:

• Public notes: shown on the public event page.
• Private notes: just for your organization.
• After the show: how it went.

Click Save notes when you're done.

Delete a gig

At the bottom of the gig page, click Delete this gig, then Yes, delete the gig.

If the gig just didn't happen, consider setting the step to Canceled or Lost instead. That keeps your history.
