Ask acts to confirm a gig

Instead of chasing acts by phone, email them the gig and let them answer.

Send it

1. Open the gig and find Acts on the bill.
2. Click Ask acts to confirm by email. Acts still waiting for an answer are ticked.
3. Add a note if you like (load-in time, a deadline to answer) and click Email acts.

Each act gets an email from your organization with the gig name, every show date and time, the place, their billing, set length and fee, plus Yes, I can do it and I can't do it buttons. Replies to the email go to your organization's reply-to address.

Their answer

• The act's status on the gig changes to Accepted or Declined, with the date and any note they left.
• Owners and admins get a notification (turn it on or off in My settings › Notifications).
• A decline also adds a task to find a replacement.

Under each act you'll see when you asked and whether they've opened the link. Acts can change their answer with the same link until the gig is over. You can still set Accepted or Declined yourself.
