How to see the gigs your agency books you for
Gigs an agency or booker books you for in their GigTools show in your own Gigs list and calendar.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.102
When an agency (or any booker) uses GigTools and has your act linked, the gigs they book you for show in your own GigTools. You don't type them in twice.
1. Link your act with the agency
There are two ways:
Nothing shows in your calendar until you're linked.
2. See their gigs
Open Gigs:
Click one to open its page: dates and show times, your call time and set length, the venue and a map link, your fee and notes for you, and who to contact at the agency. If it's an offer waiting for your answer, click Answer the offer.
These gigs are read only. The agency manages them, so ask them about any changes.
3. Your avails
Gigs you've accepted that the agency has booked count as booked dates in your {avails} and {unavails} merge fields and campaigns, so you don't offer those dates to anyone else.
4. Choose what shows
On your act's Sharing page, each connected organization has two checkboxes:
Click Save after changing them. To stop sharing altogether, click Disconnect.
