How to check a date and send your open dates

See if you're free on a date a booker asks about, and copy your open dates for the coming months to paste into a text or email.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.279

Bookers usually ask about dates months away. My dates answers "Am I free?" and gives you a list of open dates to send.

Check a date

  1. On the Dashboard, find Am I free? (or open My act › My dates).
  2. Pick the Date a booker asked about and click Check. On My dates you can add Through to check a few days at once, like a weekend.
  3. Each day shows Free, On hold (a lead with that date), Booked or Not available, with the gig's name.

Copy your open dates

  1. Open My act › My dates (or Copy my open dates on the Dashboard's Am I free? box).
  2. Pick how far ahead: Next 3 months, Next 6 months (the starting choice), 3 to 6 months out or 6 to 12 months out, or type From and To dates.
  3. Tick the Days of the week you want (Thursday, Friday and Saturday to start). Tick Count holds as open if a hold shouldn't stop you offering the date.
  4. Click Update the list, then Copy the list and paste it into your text or email.

Booked gigs, gigs your agency booked you for and days you're not available are left out. The month calendars below show every day at a glance.

Add days off on the calendar under Not available, so they're left out too.
