How to give your performers GigTools free (Agency Performer seats)

On the Agency plan you can give the performers you represent GigTools for free, on the Agency Performer plan. They get the gigs you book them for and your offers in their own calendar, Show day for each gig, travel and set lists. You get their busy dates on your roster, and their profile, bio, headshot, media and riders kept up to date (you review changes first).

Open Settings › Organization and click the Performer seats tab (owners and admins).

1. Seats

• Your plan includes 50 seats. In use counts the performers in a seat.
• A performer who pays for their own plan (Basic, Member or Pro) doesn't use a seat. If one of your performers upgrades, their seat is freed.
• Seats go in the order performers joined. Anyone past your seats shows Waiting for a seat and stays on Lite until a seat opens.
• Need more? Enter how many blocks of 25 and click Ask for more seats. We'll add them and confirm the price.

2. Invite your acts

Invite your acts lists your acts who aren't on GigTools yet. Click Invite and they get an email with a sign-up link. When they accept, their act is linked to yours and they take a seat. You can also invite an act from its page or the Roster. See How to invite your acts to GigTools.

Acts in a seat show Agency Performer next to their name on the Roster.

3. Remove a performer

Click Remove next to them. The link ends: they keep their account and their past gigs, on Lite, and you keep your copy of their profile. A performer can also leave from their side.

What they see

A performer can work with several agencies. Each agency sees only busy for gigs booked through another agency, never the client, fee or venue. See How the Agency Performer plan works.
