How the Agency Performer plan works (for performers)
Free GigTools while an agency represents you: every agency's gigs in one calendar, offers to answer, what each agency owes you, and what you share with them.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.321
When an agency on GigTools represents you, it can sponsor you on the Agency Performer plan, so GigTools is free. Accept the agency's invitation (from its email, or the notice in GigTools) and you're set. You can work with several agencies with one account.
Open My act › My agencies.
1. Your plan
The top card says whether an agency sponsors you. If your agencies have no free seat, you're on Lite until one opens. Want your own clients, money and the rest? Choose a plan on Settings › Organization › Plan & billing. You keep every agency and gig, and you stop using the agency's seat.
2. Offers waiting
Every agency's offers are in one list. Click I'm in or Can't make it (with a note if you like), or Open the offer for all the details. If an agency asks you to accept its performer terms first, open the offer to read and accept them.
3. Coming up
Gigs you're confirmed on, from every agency, each tagged with its agency. They're on your calendar too. Click Show day for directions, the contact, the run of show and the weather. The day before each gig you get a reminder.
4. Each agency
Each agency sees when you're busy: block a date once on My dates and every agency sees it. They only ever see busy for another agency's gigs, never the client, fee or venue. Your profile, bio, headshot, media and riders go to each agency, and they review changes before they replace theirs.
5. Leaving an agency
On What you share and your W-9, disconnect from the agency. You keep your account and past gigs. If no other agency sponsors you, you're back on Lite.
