How to see every act's dates on the roster

One grid with every act down the side and the days across the top: booked, pending, blocked off and open.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.74

The Roster (under People in the menu) shows every act down the side and the days across the top, so you can see who's open at a glance.

1. Read the grid

  • Booked (solid green dot): the act is confirmed on a booked or completed gig that day.
  • Pending (half dot): a lead, or the act hasn't confirmed yet.
  • Blocked off (striped): dates blocked for that act on the calendar.
  • Free, Maybe and Not free: the act's answer to a Who's free? check.
  • A blank square means nothing's on the calendar.

Hover over a square to see the gig or the answer. Click a booked or pending square to open the gig. Days are in each gig's own time zone; today is shaded, and so are weekends.

2. Move around

Use ‹ and › to go back or forward, Today to come back, and 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks to choose how many days show. With several act types, pick one to see only those acts.

3. Ask who's free

Click a date at the top of the grid, or Who's free? at the top of the page, to ask acts about that date. See How to ask several acts who's free. Your open checks are listed under the grid with their answers so far.

Owners, admins and agents see the Roster on plans with full gig details.
