How to give buyers a page of your acts' open dates
A password-protected page where venues and buyers pick a date, see which acts are free with fee ranges and press kits, and request it.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.151
On the Agency plan, the buyer page lets the people who book your acts check dates themselves. It shows only Free, On hold and Not free, never which gig or client.
Set it up
- Go to Roster › Buyer page (owners and admins).
- Type a password, a title and a welcome note. Choose whether to show fee ranges, and which acts to include (none ticked means every act with a public page).
- Tick The page is on and click Save.
- Copy the link and send it to your buyers with the password.
Changing the password, or ticking Give it a new link, signs everyone out.
What buyers see
After the password, two weeks of dates for each act: ✓ free, ◐ on hold, — not free (booked, blocked off, or busy on their own calendar). They can pick another start date or go Later ›. Clicking a date lists the acts with their headshot, one-liner, fee range and links to their press kit, page and video.
Requests
Request this date asks for their name, email, venue and a few details. It lands in Inquiries with the act and date filled in, marked as from the buyer page, and goes to the act's owner if you use territories.
