Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.144

Reports › Forecast and agency reports (Agency plan, owners and admins) looks ahead and compares this year with last.

1. The next 12 months

  • Booked, next 12 months and Commission booked: income and commission on booked gigs by show date.
  • Weighted pipeline: open leads counted by how likely they are to book: 75% with an accepted deal memo, 50% with one sent or a 1st hold, 25% with another hold, 15% otherwise.
  • Commission forecast: booked commission plus the weighted commission on leads.

The chart shows each month's booked commission and weighted leads. See the numbers opens the table, with each month's leads at full and weighted value. Commission is each act's fee times its percent (the gig's, the act's agreement, the act's, then your usual).

2. This year against last

Pick a year. For the current year it compares the year so far with the same part of last year.

  • Bookings by agent: gigs, income and commission for each agent assigned to the gigs (see territories and ownership).
  • Bookings by act: act fees and commission. Click an act for its commission statement.
  • Bookings by type of client: by the client's type of business.

For the year's totals by month, top clients and how leads turned out, see How to read your business reports.
