How to read your business reports

Income by month against last year, top clients, types of business and acts, how leads turned out, and what campaigns brought in.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.74

Reports (under Business in the menu) sums up a year of booked and completed gigs, by show date.

1. Pick a year

Choose the year at the top. Income or Gig count switches what the chart and lists measure.

2. What's on it

  • Booked income, Gigs, Average fee, each compared with last year, and Leads that booked: of the gigs added this year that are decided, how many booked.
  • By month: this year beside last year, with your best month. Hover over a month for its numbers, or click Show as a table.
  • Where the money went: booked income, expenses, what went to acts and your commission. See How to track commission.
  • Top clients, Types of business and Acts: who and what brought in the most. Click a name to open it.
  • Leads added this year: how many booked, are still open, were lost or canceled, and why gigs were lost or canceled.
  • Campaigns: emails sent, replies, and gigs booked within 60 days of a campaign email.

Owners, admins and agents see Reports on plans with full gig details. Money is hidden from assistants.
