How to send a roster pitch book

A deck of your acts, one page each (headshot, one-liner, bio, credits, video), picked by genre and market, sent as a link or a PDF.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.149

On the Agency plan, a pitch book shows several acts at once. (To send one act's headshot and bio, use the promo kit.)

Make one

  1. Go to Roster › Pitch books.
  2. Give it a title and, if you like, a note for the top.
  3. Narrow the acts with the genre and market chips (and Clean only), and tick the ones you want. Tick all shown ticks everyone the chips show.
  4. Choose whether to show fee ranges, then click Make the pitch book.

Share it

Click Copy link and send it. The link opens a cover page and then one page per act, with links to each act's video, press kit and page. On the pitch book's page, Save as PDF opens it ready to print; choose Save as PDF in the print window.

The list shows how many times each book has been opened (your team opening it doesn't count). Open a book to change it; Close this pitch book stops its link working.
