How to customize your dashboard

Choose the numbers across the top, which sections show and how many upcoming bookings you see.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.03

The Dashboard is your home page: numbers across the top, then sections like Needs attention, Your next bookings and Tasks. You can choose what shows and in what order. Your choices are just for you, in this organization; teammates set up their own.

1. Open Customize

Open Dashboard and click Customize at the top right. Customize is on larger screens only. On a phone, the dashboard is a short fixed layout without the number tiles.

2. Choose the numbers across the top

Under Numbers across the top, tick up to 8 tiles. Some you can pick:

  • Gigs this month, Leads pending, Next 30 days and Gigs this year.
  • Booked this month ($), Booked this year ($), Money due and Deposits due.
  • Avails sent, Campaign replies and Campaign sends to review.
  • New inquiries, Agreements to sign, Tasks due, Reviews to approve and Conversations this week.
  • New contacts this month, New clients this month, Acts booked this month and Acts booked this year.
  • Paid out this month ($) and Paid out this year ($) (owners and admins on plans with act payouts).

Use the ← and → buttons next to a ticked tile to change its order. The first tile is highlighted. Click a tile on the dashboard to open the page behind it.

Assistants don't see money, so tiles with a $ amount aren't offered to them.

3. Choose the sections

Under Sections, tick the ones you want:

  • Needs attention, Your next bookings and Upcoming flights (the next 2 weeks).
  • Campaigns: sends waiting for your review, the next scheduled send and how the latest campaign did.
  • Campaign replies to follow up: people who replied to a campaign in the last 3 weeks. Click a name to open their communications.
  • New inquiries: booking requests and questions you haven't answered.
  • Recent conversations: the latest calls, emails, texts and meetings your team logged.
  • Tasks, Recent activity and Refer a friend banner.

Sections with nothing in them (like Upcoming flights with no flights) stay hidden. When GigTools adds a new section, it's switched on for you until you turn it off.

4. Upcoming bookings and prices

Choose how many bookings Your next bookings lists in Upcoming bookings to show (4, 6 or 10). Untick Show gig prices in the list to hide the fees, handy if people can see your screen.

5. Save

Click Save. Cancel changes closes without saving, and Reset to default goes back to the standard layout.
