Your day in GigTools: Needs attention, progress, wrap-up and rebook
Where to look each day, how far along each gig is, closing out a show, and booking a repeat.
Needs attention
The dashboard's Needs attention list shows everything waiting on you, most urgent first: gigs to wrap up, overdue tasks, late or upcoming payments, new inquiries, holds coming up, acts who haven't confirmed, unsigned agreements and approvals. Each item has a button that takes you straight there.
Booking progress
Each gig shows its progress at the top: Client → Agreement signed (or handled outside GigTools) → Deposit in → Acts confirmed → Performance completed → Paid in full → Wrapped up. Click any step to jump to it.
Wrap up after the show
Once a booked gig's last show has passed, a Wrap up this gig box appears on it. In one go you can mark it Completed, record the remaining payment as received, note how it went, and thank the client with a review request. The request goes from your Gmail if it's connected; otherwise your email app opens with it ready to send.
Rebook
Click Rebook next to a gig's status to start a new gig with the same client, venue, acts, show time, fee and details. Just pick the new date.
Clean up
Owners and admins: Admin › Clean up lists gigs without a fee (enter it right there), gigs without a client, duplicate clients and venues to merge, and ones nobody uses to hide.
Search everything
Use the search box at the top of the menu, or press /, to find gigs, people, clients, venues and inquiries at once.
