Coming back to GigTools
Used the old GigTools? Set up a new account with your free months.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.51
GigTools has been rebuilt from the ground up. If you used the old GigTools, you may get an email inviting you back, with free months of a plan.
1. Open your link
Click See what's new in the email. Your page shows the offer, what's new, and Create my account.
2. Create your account
- Click Create my account. Your name and email are filled in.
- Keep the same email the invite went to, so the free months apply. Choose a password, then confirm your email.
- Signing up with Continue with Google works too: pick the Google account for that same email.
Old accounts weren't moved over, so this is a fresh start. Your old gigs and contacts aren't in it, but you can bring contacts in with an import. See How to bring in contacts from a spreadsheet.
3. Set up your organization
GigTools suggests your old organization's name. Change it if you like, then continue. Your free months start right away, and no card is needed. On the plan page, just click Decide later.
4. When the free months end
Owners get an email a week before. To keep the plan, open Settings › Organization › Plan & billing and click Keep … on its card: billing starts only when the free months end. Otherwise your organization moves to another plan that day. Nothing is removed. See How to choose or change your plan.
