How to keep a venue profile
A venue's stage, sound, load-in, green room and who settles, on its page, with every show there: ticket prices, attendance and what it paid.

On the Agency plan, a venue's page (Clients & venues › the venue) has a Venue profile and a Shows here card. They show for any company marked as a venue or used as the venue on a gig.
The profile
Click Edit on Venue profile and fill in what you know: capacity, the room, stage, sound, lights, backline, green room, load-in, parking, hospitality, merch, who settles (one of the venue's contacts) and how they settle (cash at the end of the night, a check in 7 days). Click Save.
The first time, GigTools fills the form from the venue's latest advance sheet, so you only check it.

Every booked or completed show at the venue, newest first:
At the top: the average attendance, the best night, the average fee, and who signed the settlements.
