How to connect GigTools to Zapier
Use the GigTools app in Zapier: start a Zap when a gig is booked or an invoice is paid, and add inquiries from your web forms, ads and other apps.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.184
Zapier connects GigTools to thousands of other apps without code. It's on the Pro and Agency plans, under Organization › Integrations › Zapier (owners and admins).
The GigTools app in Zapier is being finished. Until it's ready, the Zapier card says Coming soon.
Connect
- Open the Zapier card, click Edit, type a name (or leave Zapier) and click Make a Zapier key. Copy the key; it's shown once.
- Click the GigTools app in Zapier on the card and make a Zap with a GigTools trigger or action.
- When Zapier asks you to connect GigTools, paste the key. The connection shows your organization's name.
- Turn the Zap on. It shows up on the Zapier card under Zaps listening.
Triggers (start a Zap when…)
Each one fires the moment it happens. To test a trigger, Zapier shows your latest real example; if there isn't one yet, it shows a sample.
Action: Create inquiry
Adds a booking request or question to Inquiries, exactly like one from your booking form: it gets a reply task, and Inquiry received fires. Name and email are needed; everything else (organization, event date, type, venue, city, state, audience, budget, message, the act) is optional. It's marked Zapier in the inquiry list.
Good uses: a website form (Typeform, Jotform, Wix, Squarespace), Facebook or Google lead ads, a contact form on another site.
