Team members and roles

Who can do what in your organization.

Open Admin → Organization admin, then the Team card. Each person is an Owner, Admin, Agent or Member.

Owners and admins can change other people's roles (pick one, then Save) and Remove people.
Only an owner can make someone an owner, or change or remove an owner.
You can't change your own role or remove yourself.

Inviting teammates yourself is coming soon. For now, contact support and we'll add them for you.
