How to see Eventbrite ticket sales on a gig

Connect Eventbrite, link a gig to its event, and see tickets sold and the gross on the gig, on the settlement sheet and in the venue's history.

Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.160

On the Agency plan, GigTools can read your ticket sales from Eventbrite, so you don't have to look them up or type them in. GigTools only reads; it never changes anything in Eventbrite.

1. Connect Eventbrite (once)

  1. Go to Organization › Integrations, open Ticket sales: Eventbrite and click Connect Eventbrite (owners and admins).
  2. Sign in to the Eventbrite account you sell tickets from and click Allow. You come back with Connected on the card.

2. Link a gig to its event

  1. Open a booked gig and add Ticket sales from + Add to this gig (it's in the side column).
  2. Click Link an Eventbrite event, choose the event (recent and coming events are listed) and click Link it.

The card shows tickets sold out of the event's capacity, the gross at face value, and each ticket type with how many sold. The numbers update every hour; click Refresh for the latest.

3. Use the numbers

  • Settlement sheet: click Put on the settlement sheet to fill its ticket tiers (one per ticket type, with the price and number sold). Add comps and anything sold at the door on the sheet itself. If the sheet was already signed, the signature is cleared because the numbers changed.
  • Venue history: on the venue's page, Shows here counts Eventbrite tickets as the attendance when there's no settlement sheet or door deal for that show.

Good to know

  • Gross is face value (ticket price × sold), before Eventbrite's fees and any refunds. The settlement sheet's taxes and fees lines take care of what comes off.
  • Unlink removes the link; Disconnect Eventbrite stops updates but gigs keep the last numbers they had.
