How to make a run sheet

The run sheet lists the acts in the order they go on, with the time each one starts and when to give the light.

1. On the gig page, click Running order and run sheet on the Room card (or go to the gig's /run-sheet page).
2. Under Change the running order, use the arrows to move acts earlier or later. GigTools starts with the host first and the headliner last.
3. Set each act's Minutes and a Note for the booth (walk-on music, "light at 5", "no crowd work with the front row").
4. Click Save running order.

The run sheet shows each act's start time, counted from the show's start, plus their phone number, set length, when to give the light and the booth note. Click Print to print it or save it as a PDF for the booth and the green room. Acts who haven't said yes yet are on it too, so check the lineup before you print.
