How to run the box office
Tonight's shows by room with a live headcount, walk-ins, a search across tonight's buyers, the door screen and a printable will-call list.

Box office (in the Venue menu) is tonight on one screen. It's part of the Venue plan.
Tonight, room by room
Each of today's shows shows how many people are in the door (checked in plus walk-ins) out of the capacity, with sold, comps, checked in and how many are still to come. At the top of each room: how many are in the room now for the show that's on. The page updates by itself every 20 seconds, so counts from every door phone stay current.
Walk-ins
People you let in without a ticket (the guest list, a free show, the band's friends): tap + under Walk-ins. They count in the headcount and against the seats left. Tap − to take one back.
Find a buyer
Type a name, email or order number in Find a buyer to search everyone with tickets tonight. It shows their show, tickets, seats and how many are in. Click Check in at the door to open that show's door screen.
Will-call list
Click Will-call list on a show (or on the gig's Room card) for everyone with tickets, last name first, with their ticket types, seats and order number, and a box to tick. Click Print for a paper list at the door. Who's already checked in is ticked.
The door
Door: scan and sell opens the show's door screen to scan tickets, check people in by name, and sell at the door (see How to run the door).
