How to read your venue reports

Your shows by night, room, headliner or day of the week: how full, people in the door, ticket money, food and drink per person, staff cost and net. Download it as a spreadsheet.

Reports (in the Venue menu) shows how your shows did. It's part of the Venue plan.

Pick the dates (the last 90 days to start) and click Show. Group them By night, By room, By headliner or By day of the week. Each line has:

Shows, Sold (with comps after the +) and Full (sold and comped out of the capacity)
In the door: checked in plus walk-ins
Tickets: what buyers paid, after refunds, and Per person in the door
Food & drink and Per person (only shows with sales added; see How to track food and drink sales)
Staff: hours on that show's shifts times each person's hourly rate
Net: tickets plus food and drink, less staff. Acts' pay isn't taken out.

The boxes at the top total the dates you picked. Download gives the same report as a spreadsheet (CSV).
