How to get to know your patrons
Everyone who has bought tickets, as a patron: how many shows and tickets, what they've spent, their favorite comic, plus your tags, notes and their birthday. Merge duplicates and download the list.

Patrons (in the Venue menu) lists everyone who has bought tickets to your shows or been given comps, one per email address. It's part of the Venue plan. New buyers are added as they buy.
The list
Each patron shows their shows, tickets, money spent, last visit and favorite comic (the headliner they've seen most). Regular marks anyone with 3 or more shows. Filter by Regulars, Want emails, Birthdays this month, New this month or a tag, or search by name, email, phone or comic. Download gives you the whole list as a spreadsheet.
A patron's page
Click a patron to see every show they've had tickets for (and whether they came), and the comics they've seen. Under About them, add their birthday, tags (like VIP, birthday club, industry) and notes only your team sees. Tick Unsubscribed if they ask not to get your emails.
Merge duplicates
Same person, two email addresses? On one of them, open Merge a duplicate, enter the other address and click Merge. Their tickets, tags and notes come together on one patron, and both addresses count as theirs.
