How to promote a show you produce
Ready-made social posts with your ticket link for every stage of the sale (announce, on sale, this week, last seats, tonight), share buttons, and what Google needs to list the show in its event search.
Up to date as of GigTools version 2.1.187
On a public show you produce, the Promote this show card has posts ready to go, each with your ticket link:
Open one, edit it, then Copy it to paste anywhere (Instagram, a newsletter, a group), or click Share on Facebook or Post on X.
A comedy week's page has a post for the whole week, with every night and show time.
Google event search
Google lists public shows in its event search ("comedy near me", "things to do") on its own, from your event page. The card shows what it needs: a public event page, a date and time, the address, and ticket prices. When everything's ticked, there's nothing else to do; it can take Google a few days to pick it up.
Your shows are also on your website's events page and the show calendar widget (see How to run a venue in GigTools).
